Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tiruppur for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, and offering suitable financial products. Their day-to-day responsibilities include customer acquisition, retention, and account management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to meet sales targets and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management, client acquisition, and retention strategies
• Strong knowledge of financial products, including Home Loans, Fixed Deposits, and Loans Against Property
