Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager at ICICI Home Finance Company Limited, located in Hadapsar Pune. As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, offering them tailored financial solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires managing client accounts, cross-selling other financial products, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. Priority for Business sourcing experience from DSA and Developer Channel.
Qualifications

• Client Relationship Management, Excellent Communication Skills, and Customer Service Orientation
• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Financial Advisory
