Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing customers
• Renew insurance policies of existing customers
• Explain policy benefits, renewal offers, and coverage details
• Convince customers and close renewals effectively
• Achieve renewal and retention targets
• Update customer details and renewal status accurately

Job Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi & English

Strong sales mindset & thought process

Experience In Outbound Sales Preferred

• Knowledge of insurance or sales is an added advantage
• Graduation is mandatory
• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can apply)
• Shift Timings & Week Offs: Rotational Shifts: 9:00AM – 6:30PM & 10:00am to 7:30pm (Any 9.5 Hrs. shift) 6 Days Working 1 Rotational Week-Offs

Salary Package

• Fresher: 12,500 (In-hand) | CTC: 2.10 LPA
• Experienced: Up to 18,000 (In-hand) | CTC: 2.79 LPA
• High earning potential with performance-based incentives
