- The Unit Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading and developing a team of financial advisors to achieve assigned sales and business targets.
-The role involves engaging with existing and prospective customers, conducting need-based financial assessments, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
-The Unit Manager also collaborates with branch leadership to support local marketing initiatives, drive business growth, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
