As a Principal Clinical Data Science Lead based in Bangalore or working remotely, your responsibilities will include overseeing the collection of clinical trial data from various sources, demonstrating strong subject matter expertise in Data Management (DM), and supporting multiple studies simultaneously with minimal oversight. Additionally, you will be involved in DM vendor oversight activities, review Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) outputs, and provide training and expertise to junior DM peers. Collaboration with clinical operations, investigators, and stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow throughout the trial is also a key aspect of your role.
To qualify for this position, you should hold a BS/BA degree in a biological science, health-related, or computer science field. Strong computer skills, familiarity with database management software, reporting tools, medical coding tools, and Central Monitoring tools are essential. With at least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical research, or health services industry, including a minimum of 6 years as a Data Manager with increasing levels of responsibility, you are well-positioned for this role.
