Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute community development projects.

• Manage project budgets, monitor progress, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in CSR domain or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of corporate social responsibility principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  
• Proven convincing power to secure funding from various sources for CSR projects.
