Solvecube - Senior Test Manager - Finance & Risk Software

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end testing activities for Finance and Risk data assets across multiple markets.
- Interpret business and technical requirements and translate them into clear, traceable test scenarios and test scripts.
- Develop and execute both functional and data-validation test scenarios.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage SIT and UAT activities across technology and business teams.
- Coordinate testing activities with technology delivery teams and multiple Finance and Risk consumer teams.
- Define and enforce testing standards, including entry/exit criteria, test evidence, defect management, and sign-off processes.
- Manage testing dependencies, timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end defect management, including defect logging, prioritization, root-cause analysis, retesting, and closure.
- Ensure adequate test coverage across markets, consumers, and data assets.
- Plan and execute regression testing and perform change-impact assessments.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, reconciliation, and quality across source and target systems.
- Prepare and present regular testing status reports, including progress, risks, issues, defects, quality metrics, and overall test health.
- Drive stakeholder actions and ensure testing issues are resolved within agreed timelines.
- Support audit, governance, and compliance requirements related to testing and data quality.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, Risk, Technology, Data, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery.
Required Skills:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in software testing, QA, or Test Management.
- Strong experience in Test Management and end-to-end testing delivery.
- Hands-on experience managing SIT and UAT.
- Strong understanding of functional testing and data validation testing.
- Experience in test planning, test strategy, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
- Strong experience coordinating testing across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of data quality, data reconciliation, and data validation.
- Experience with regression testing and change-impact assessment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Preferred Skills:

- Experience in Banking / Financial Services.
- Exposure to Finance, Risk, Regulatory Reporting, or Data Quality projects.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise data platforms and data assets.
- Knowledge of SQL for data validation and reconciliation.
- Experience with test management and defect-tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or equivalent.
- Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
- Understanding of regulatory and governance requirements within financial services.
