CA Qualified with 12 years experience, should be around 35 years.

Position Summary:

The Financial Controller will be responsible for overseeing key financial and commercial operations, ensuring the companys financial health, regulatory compliance, and smooth functioning of commercial activities. The role will be responsible for building and managing an effective MIS (including for the manufacturing facility), managing banking & treasury operations, management of funds and cash flow analysis, manage the Direct taxation and assisting in the SCM operations. The ideal candidate will lead the operations in these areas and act as a key business partner to the leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

* Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

* Minimum of 12 years of experience. An exposure to R&D / Engineering manufacturing companies is desirable.
