• Designation :- Senior Civil Engineer - Mivan Projects
• Experience :- Minimum 4 to 8 Years of experience as Civil Engineer from Mivan or Aluform projects.
• (Note:- Candidate Only From Pune Location).

• Collaborate with the project manager to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project execution plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and identification of critical paths.
• Maintain documentation of all project related activities including specifications, drawings, approvals, and communications.
• Independent to handle the building w.r.t execution, safety, quality, micro planning, possession etc.
• Having good knowledge of high-rise residential building of Aluform (Mivan) and Conventional Shuttering, AutoCAD, MS Office, ERP etc.
• Coordinate with internal project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
• Good understanding of construction processes and standards.
• To prepare weekly/monthly planning report.
• Maintain records register file for drawings, decisions, checklist, joint records, delay register, monthly approvals etc as per company SOP.
