Senior Estimation Engineer

• Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals and
• deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within
• budget.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful
• delivery.
• Communicate project status, issues and risks to senior management.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are delivered
• on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance and identify
• opportunities for improvement and learnings.
• Conduct and arrange weekly/monthly review meetings.
• Ensure drawing approvals, material submittals and technical queries are addressed
• on time.
• To ensure records register amp; file for drawings, decisions, checklist, joint records,
• delay register, monthly approvals etc as per company SOPs.
• Having good knowledge of high-rise residential building of Aluform (Mivan) and
• Conventional Shuttering, AutoCAD, MS Office, Strategic/Highrise ERP etc.
• Independent to handle the project w.r.t execution, safety, quality, micro planning,
• possession etc.
• Communicate with architect and other consultants regarding concern work.
• Overall planning and controlling of projects.
• Having knowledge of sanction drawings and procedures.
• Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
