Role Overview VB6 + .NET Developer

In this role, you&aposll be working closely with technical architects, project managers, and business analysts to modernize and maintain enterprise applications. Youll help bridge classic VB6 solutions with .NET-based upgrades to ensure smooth transitions and scalable performance.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Visual Basic 6.0 (VB6)
• Strong experience in .NET Framework, especially
  
  VB.NET and C#
• Experience with Windows Forms, Web Forms, and/or WPF
• Proficiency in SQL Server and database design concepts
• Exposure to COM/COM+ components, ActiveX controls, and legacy integration
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
• Experience in migrating applications from VB6 to .NET is a strong plus
