Identixweb - Product Owner

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Product Owner to manage product development and deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features aligned with business goals.
Total Experience: 5 - 8 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization of tasks.
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and designers to deliver product features.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features as per roadmap.
- Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product performance.
- Monitor product performance and suggest enhancements.
- Work closely with QA team to ensure quality and bug-free releases.
- Maintain documentation related to product features and workflows.

Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts (APIs, databases, etc.).
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
