Role/ Job Title: Senior Product Manager-Current Account

Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities

Job Purpose:

To lead the development, enhancement, and management of the Current Account product offerins, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive customer acquisition, and retention.

Roles & Responsibilities:

'1. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities.

2. Design and develop new Current Account variants tailored to customer segments (e.g., SMEs, professionals, startups), their features, pricing etc.

3. Monitor key product performance metrics (book size, acquisition metrics, retention metrics)

4. Ensure all product features and processes comply with RBI and internal guidelines.

5. Sales Enablement & Training - Develop go-to-market strategies, sales toolkits, and marketing collaterals.

Secondary Responsibilities:

'1. Conduct product training for branches, relationship managers, and channel partners and support frontline teams with customer-specific solutions

2. Liaise with digital banking team to enabling all the product features on mobile/internet banking
