Role/ Job Title: Trade & FX Counsellor

Function/ Department: Branch Banking

Role Overview

• Sales-oriented and incentive-based profile.
• Preference for candidates who are currently working and residing in the target city (Ghaziabad / Noida/ Saharanpur).
• Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new Trade Accounts per month through self-sourcing.
• Manage and grow the existing trade book through regular customer engagement and relationship management.
• Drive revenue generation from branch-mapped customers through:
• Transactional Foreign Exchange (Forex)
• Trade Finance Fees
• Manage multiple branches to drive business acquisition.
• Generate BBG/MSME lending lead per month.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Onboard customers in line with bank policies and compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience: 2 to 5 years (flexibility of 5%).
• Strong background in Trade, Forex, and Transaction Banking sales.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue generation.
• Comfortable working with targets and incentives.
