Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries at the Baroda office.
- Take ownership of client requests: acknowledge, update, perform quality checks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams in Baroda and London to meet client requirements.
- Ensure adherence to ISMS 27001, QMS 9001, and GDPR policies.
- Communicate updates and deliverables clearly to clients.
