• Thorough understanding of BPO metrics

• In-depth knowledge of Attrition, Shrinkage, ACHT, NPS, SLA, and Repeat.
• Expertise in BPO operations and ability to train and manage team members effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel for performance-related reporting.
• Strong time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.

Compensation:

• CTC: Up to 40,000
