Senior Designer - Bakery, Bars & Confectionery

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Lead and develop a high-performing BBC application team. 

• Drive customer projects from concept to commercialization. 

• Develop bakery, snack bar, confectionery, filling and coating prototypes. 

• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions. 

• Lead customer presentations, workshops and technical demonstrations. 

• Drive capability building, innovation and best practices.
• Manage project priorities, resources and timelines. 

• Support growth opportunities through consumer and market insights. 

• Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships. 

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or any other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 15 - 20 years of experience in similar role within food manufacturing, food ingredients, or flavor industry.
• Atleast 3+ years of team management experience.
• Knowledge of food safety, GMP, quality systems and regulations.

• Good communication skills both written and verbal. English language is essential.
• Good operation skill of Microsoft Office System and company IS system.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Beverage and Dairy applications, formulation, manufacturing processes, and troubleshooting.
