Job Description
- As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and assembling raw video footage to create a cohesive narrative. Using industry-standard software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, you will cut, splice, and synchronize clips while incorporating visual elements such as graphics, titles, transitions, and special effects to enhance the video's visual appeal and clarity.
In addition to visual elements, you will also be tasked with selecting and integrating music, sound effects, and voiceovers to create an immersive and engaging audio experience. Color correction and grading will be part of your duties to adjust colors, brightness, and contrast for a consistent and visually appealing look.
Collaboration and communication with directors, producers, and other team members are key aspects of this role to ensure the final product meets the project's vision and objectives. You will also be responsible for quality control by reviewing the finished product for errors or inconsistencies and making necessary adjustments before delivering the final version.
To excel in this role, proficiency in video editing software, understanding of video formats and encoding, creative and narrative skills, attention to detail, technical skills in audio mixing and color correction, as well as strong communication and collaboration abilities are essential.

This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, life insurance, and paid sick time. The work schedule is during the day shift with performance and yearly bonuses offered. The work location is in person.
