Job Summary: The role of a Process Associate for Banking Process (Cards) specifically focuses on the operational activities related to the issuance, management, and support of credit and debit card products within a banking environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all processes related to cardswhether new card issuance, renewals, fraud management, or customer supportare executed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end process of issuing new credit or debit cards, including verifying application details, processing requests, and ensuring proper documentation
• Handling customer requests for card replacements, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations
• Identifying any discrepancies or suspicious transactions, escalating them for further review as part of fraud detection and risk management efforts
• Providing customer support for card-related issues, such as transaction disputes, balance inquiries, lost or stolen card reports, and card-related fees
• Handling inquiries via various channels (e.g., phone, email, chat), ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.

Eligibility:
