Senior Internal Auditor - Energy Sector

What role you will play in team: Lead and mentor junior auditors; conduct complex audits across various energy industry sub-sectors.

What you will do:Plan and execute risk-based internal audits; develop and present audit reports to senior management.

Key responsibility:

• Develop and implement audit plans aligned with organizational risk profiles.
• Lead and supervise audit teams, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify areas needing improvement.
• Perform in-depth reviews of internal controls and financial statements.
• 
  Communicate audit findings and recommendations to management.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for senior management review.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• CA/MBA or relevant master's degree with a focus on accounting, finance, or auditing.
• 3-5 years of experience in internal audit, preferably in the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing standards.
• Experience with risk assessment methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
