About the Role
As a Paid Media Associate, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms. This position is perfect for someone eager to take the next step in their digital marketing career while contributing to campaign success and ROI growth.
What Youll Do
Campaign Management
- Assist in creating, managing, and optimising Performance Marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
Market Research and Strategy
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer insights and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that align with business objectives and market trends.
Ad Copy and Creative Input
- Write engaging, platform-specific ad copy while maintaining brand consistency.
- Contribute ideas for creative themes and campaign concepts.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Track campaign metrics such as impressions, clicks, and conversions to measure success.
- Prepare detailed reports to share insights and suggest optimizations.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader business and marketing strategies.
- Share performance insights and collaborate to achieve team goals.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Experience: 1-3 years of full-time experience in Performance Marketing management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ad dashboards like Google Ads & Meta Ads,

Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of metrics like impressions, clicks, conversion rates, and ROI. - Data Tools: Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas).
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Should-Have
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to strategy development for Performance Marketing campaigns.
- Content Knowledge: A fair understanding of how content and UX/UI impact campaign performance.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines effectively.
Nice-to-Have
- Industry Experience: Prior experience in the ed-tech industry.
