Role Description The Independent Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for developing and managing customer relationships for home and secured business loans. On a day-to-day basis, the role involves identifying prospective customers, explaining loan offerings, assisting with documentation, and ensuring timely submission of applications. The Relationship Manager supports customers through the loan lifecycle, coordinates with internal teams for quick processing, and follows up to ensure disbursal and post-disbursal service. The role also includes achieving sales targets, maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and providing feedback from the market to improve customer experience and product offerings.

• Candidates should possess strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
• Candidates should possess sales, business development, and negotiation skills, including the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Candidates should possess basic financial understanding and loan product knowledge, ideally within housing finance or related financial services.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including accuracy in handling documentation and follow-ups.
• Relevant experience in retail lending, housing finance, or BFSI is beneficial; familiarity with digital loan processing tools is an advantage.
• A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred; local language proficiency and knowledge of the Ghaziabad market are considered a plus.
