Job Description
- As a CRO-Post at our company located across Coimbatore, you will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner
- Identifying sales opportunities and upselling products or services to customers
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus
