Position : Senior Manager HR

Job Purpose Summary:

IILM University is looking for a tech-savvy and dynamic Senior HR Manager for its Greater Noida Campus. The ideal candidate should have experience working with payroll modules and Digital HR Management Systems.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1. Organize and schedule interviews for candidates.
2. Assist in conducting pre-selection interviews to ensure smooth final selection.
3. Maintain data integrity and prepare recruiting metrics and reports as required.
4. Ensure safe custody of all HR documents.
5. Maintain the employee database in the Salesforce ERP system.
6. Safeguard complete HR records including personal files, appraisals, and background verification documents.

7. Possess excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment, including strong knowledge of Excel and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Eligibility:

The applicant should possess a Bachelors / Masters degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
