For this role we believe you have relevant Formal qualifications in Sales, Business Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Proven advanced training in Communications or equivalent 5-7 years of both external and internal communication experience Understanding of local business issues and challenges
• Experience with working with strategic and tactical communication Experience with leading in change
• Deep understanding of relevant business needs within specific area’s within the specific topic area
• Extensive knowledge of using insights to formulate communication activities to drive IKEA business and meet receiver needs
• Good Knowledge on how to follow-up and evaluate communication activities
• Extensive knowledge of how to lead communication by defining, planning, executing and follow-up communication to relevant stakeholders, always keeping coworkers informed, engaged and empowered
• Extensive knowledge of digital communication channels, management and techniques
• Up-to-date knowledge of the complete media landscape (including the latest trends in social media), activation and measurements
• Passionate about communication as a business enabler
• Passionate about leading, inspiring and developing people
• Motivated to find better ways of working and being open to change
• Energized by working both independently and interdependently with communication cross functions
• Appreciate the mix of strategic thinking and turning communication theory into practice
• Share and live the IKEA culture and values
• Ability to comfortably support and influence senior business leaders and colleagues with the business goals and co-workers in focus

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
To develop better business results and enable transformation and growth of the IKEA business in the market, through world class communication. To lead effective communication both internally and externally and secure the communication process by defining, planning, executing and following up communication to relevant stakeholders. To drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.
• Be a communication expert within assigned business area and a direct contact and support for communication needs and advice on effective choices within specific function group
• Drive internal and external communication projects, taking different stakeholder perspective
• Build a deep understanding of business partners’ objectives in order to tie communications work directly to desired business outcomes
• Contribute to the communication strategic planning process to ensure appropriate buy-in and prioritization of resources
• Content development & deployment: enable and accelerate digital delivery and a world-class experience Ingka in all digital touchpoints in the market
• Execute effective internal and external communication and assist in the creation of prerequisites for our leaders and co-workers to be our best ambassadors management

• Contribute/Secure the process for country on-duty phone and media product loans
• Explore, develop and lead communication initiatives that will position business area in its respective eco-system and contribute to driving the desired business outcomes in alignment with the business plan
• Co-opts business partners in Communications’ strategic planning process to ensure appropriate buy-in and prioritization of resources
• Identify local strategic opportunities, threats and trends to develop and implement IKEA and Ingka’s digital communications in line with global guidelines
• Creates communications plans for all initiatives that clearly demonstrate the link between desired business outcome and chosen communications activities
• Tasked to support the running business, develop comms in RCMP and explore new communication needs coming from a revenue stream, unit and an omnichannel environment
• Develop the assignment together with Country Comms team & Global Comms teams
• Be a communication expert and create compelling communication, within assigned business segment and a direct contact and support for communication needs and advice on effective choices within specific function group
• Explore, develop and lead communication initiatives that will position the RCMP in its respective eco-system and contribute to driving the desired business outcomes in alignment with the business plan
• Alongside other communicators, define organizational communication needs and develop and implement a roadmap that secures the contribution of communication to drive change management and RCMP business outcome
