Job Description
To succeed in the position as a People Services Senior HR Systems Support Specialist (HRSS) you must have advanced HR (Success Factor, Service Now, Kronos, etc.) and Payroll (SAP) Systems knowledge. You also have knowledge in HR related tax, legal, pay the co-worker process and good computer skills especially Microsoft Office.
You are also competent working alone on assigned tasks. You can express your own ideas and yet be fair to other groups. You can listen, thinks and acts independently. You are willing to take on responsibility and challenges and can be counted on when times are tough. You are focuses on daily tasks and follows established processes in detailed steps ensuring operational accuracy. You show patience and determination to explore problems in detail to find the route cause and resolve accurately.
You can identify problems quickly and takes action to solve them. You can learn from solved problems, and setup steps or controls to avoid recurrence. You think “out of the box” and provides ideas for continuous improvement. You have a good communication and listening skill.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
HRSS (HR system support) team, provides technical support for all IKEA global Standard HR solution systems, including but not limited to Success Factor, Service Now, Kronos, Global View, Case Handling System and other HR systems.
You as a HR System Support (“HRSS”) team member which are responsible for system maintenance and support services to business partners internal and external. Main responsibility is to investigate the issue/bug, and efficiently finds a solution to ensure IKEA runs the HR business smoothly.
You will partner with PA/PY managers of the different country teams and support GBO P&C Service delivery manager to deliver all required services to the IKEA business and IKEA co-workers defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Furthermore, you contribute to continuously improve processes and working routines towards higher effectiveness and efficiency, and quality.
You as contact window, take all necessary efforts to build strong relationships with business partners internal and external.
You support project leader or as key project participates contribute to transition or other implementation projects overall success, includes timeline, cost, and quality.
You with the knowledge on HR systems like Success Factor, Service Now, Kronos, ADP Global View would be an advantage.
You will be responsible for:
• Implement and follow up local change request management for all countries served by the GBO and execute testing process according to global test strategy and local test requirements.
• Answer/solve standard local systems access related questions, and provide HR-Systems related training offer for all end-user in the GBO and super user of served countries
• System maintenance and support services to business partners internal and external
• Take responsibility for creation, update or adjustment of all HR-Systems related manuals and guidelines aligned with the transactional BSC processes
• Contribute to continuously improve processes and working routines towards higher effectiveness and efficiency, and quality

We deliver our services through our regional hubs, located in Poznan, Shanghai, Bangalore and Baltimore. To provide professional, service minded, support to the core business – that’s our business! To secure best practice, efficient end-to-end HR administration processes from the co-worker, line manager & HR unit to GBO for service delivery. Working together to achieve IKEA performance goals by freeing the business to focus on the core objectives.
