Subject Matter Expert- SAP GRC

For this role we believe you have bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related area - Minimum 8 years of experience of SAP security and authorization design and implementation. Minimum 4 years of experience of audit and compliance. Experience in Fiori and S/4 HANA. Must have worked in multi-Country implementation / roll out projects. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Good communication and technical writing skills. Application Support and Maintenance processes set-up, metrics & Service Governance, best practices knowledge in SAP enterprise applications landscape. Strong problem solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
You have knowledge in the following areas:
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other related areas
• 8+ years of ERP security and authorization experience
• Good understand of enterprise security concepts like roles & authorization models
• Knowledge on SAP Best Practices with technical implementation experience and command over SAP Implementation Methodology
• Ability to gather requirements, document scope and present solutions to stakeholder
• Knowledge of security design, implementation and ongoing support of ERP applications
• Expertise with the GRC suite of applications, Segregation of Duties, and Audit processes. Version 12.0 experience desirable
• Understand compliance requirements which may impact security and works with business and project teams to develop security solutions which address these requirements
• Establish, document, and ensure adherence to SAP security policies and procedures
• Run and monitor all SOX related reports, look for issues, communicate concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner
• Ability to review design documents, critique architecture recommendations from other SMEs
• Utilize SAP Service Marketplace and Solution Manger to implement and test SAP Security Notes as released by SAP
• Detail oriented and demonstrated ability to achieve goals and objectives with minimal direction
• Clear, concise business communication and experience conducting business requirements workshops with business users. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Accountable for the technical delivery within our digital organisation. Responsible for the management of technical operations on SAP module and providing technical support and leadership. Including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions to support the different business requirements.
You will :
• This is a senior subject matter expert (SME) role in SAP GRC – Roles and Authorizations as part of the Ingka global SAP Centre of excellence (CoE).
• Your main responsibility is to identify how to resolve needs from the business in SAP and collaborate with various stakeholders in the Ingka SAP Centre of excellence (CoE), Ingka business regions and Ingka supplier ecosystem.
• Ensures the integrity and protection of SAP environments through technical enforcement of organizational security policies and monitoring of vulnerabilities
• Perform routine audits to identify weaknesses in SAP system security configurations and coordinate with management to remediate
• Works with business and project teams to troubleshoot issues with authorization objects and identify and implement appropriate solutions
• Work closely with the Internal Audit, Business, SAP Functional support, and Basis teams in implementing GRC Access Control
