Warehouse Construction Engineer - Dubai, UAE

Our client is a growing construction company specializing in the design, construction, and delivery of industrial, commercial, and warehouse facilities across the UAE. As part of their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Warehouse Construction Engineer to support the successful execution of warehouse and industrial construction projects.

The Warehouse Construction Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising warehouse construction projects from site preparation through final handover. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial and warehouse construction, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with UAE regulations and quality standards.

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse and industrial construction activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, QA/QC standards, and HSE requirements.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Verify completed work for billing, variations, and project handover.
• Support project completion, snagging, testing, commissioning, and final handover.
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Valid UAE Engineering License/Registration with the relevant UAE regulatory authority (Mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and HSE standards.
  

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, industrial, or commercial construction projects within the UAE.
• Proven experience in site supervision, project execution, and contractor coordination.
• Experience coordinating civil, structural, architectural, and MEP activities.
• Familiarity with UAE authority approvals and project compliance requirements is preferred.
