Digital Recruiting Solutions Coordinator I

Job Summary:

Were looking for tech-savvy and highly skilled Digital Recruiting Solutions Coordinator I to support our Digital Recruitment Team. This role is responsible in providing real time support to our local recruiting team and continuous improvement of the Applicant Tracking System - AI Platform automation.

The ideal candidate has experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, strong collaboration skills, keen attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools. This role works closely with recruiters, operations, and leadership under the Digital Recruiting Supervisor or Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for all AI-driven and digital recruitment initiatives across sites and teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Recruitment, IT, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of digital hiring processes.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors for system enhancements, troubleshooting, and feature deployment.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and consistency across digital recruitment systems
• Support innovation projects focused on improving recruiter efficiency and candidate experience through automation.
• Lead pilot tests, feedback sessions, and performance reviews for new AI recruitment features and workflows.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of recruitment automation tools such as Talkpush, chatbots, and AI screening systems.
• Provide training, support, and guidance to recruiters on using AI tools, workflows, and digital sourcing platforms effectively.

Skills Requirements:

• At least 1â€2 years of experience in recruitment operations, preferably with exposure to digital or AI-enabled hiring platforms (eg., TalkPush)
• Proficient in using ATS systems, sourcing tools, and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).
• Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors or IT teams for system-related concerns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
