Job Title: Store Manager

Location: Pune

Job Summary:

The Store In-Charge will oversee end-to-end store and inventory operations using SAP (MM). The role includes stock management, process optimization, vendor coordination, and MIS reporting for smooth supply chain operations across the park.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Inventory Management

• Manage stock receipts, issues, and updates in SAP (MM).
  
• Track stock aging and identify slow-moving/obsolete items.
  
• Maintain and revise minimum/maximum stock levels and perform ABC analysis.
  

2. Store Operations

• Oversee daily receiving, storing, issuing, and organizing of goods.
  
• Ensure proper storage conditions, especially for F&B items.
  
• Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile with SAP.
  

3. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with procurement for deliveries and stock inflow.
  
• Monitor POs, vendor performance, and lead times.
  
• Manage critical spares and reorder levels.
  

4. Inventory Control

• Maintain optimal stock levels and avoid shortages/overstocking.
  
• Implement FIFO, JIT, and reorder planning.
  
• Track and record assets/machinery in SAP.
  

5. Compliance & Policy Management

• Implement and enforce store policies and safety standards.
  
• Ensure full compliance with company procedures.
  

6. Projects & Asset Management

• Manage WIP valuation and documentation for new projects in SAP.
  
• Oversee capitalization and tracking of new equipment.
  

7. MIS & Analytics

• Prepare monthly MIS reports on stock movement, valuation, and consumption.
  
• Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making.
  

8. Troubleshooting

• Resolve inventory discrepancies and SAP-related issues.
  
• Coordinate with IT and supply chain teams for system/process issues.
  

9. Travel

• Travel across park locations when required.
  

10. Team Leadership

• Supervise storekeepers and assistants.
  
• Train the team on SAP MM, store processes, and best practices.
  

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or related field.
  
• 7-10 years experience in store/inventory management (F&B experience preferred).
  
• Strong expertise in SAP MM (mandatory).
  
• Proficiency in ABC analysis, FIFO, JIT, and stock level planning.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  

Preferred

• Experience in entertainment/hospitality industry.
  
• SAP MM certification.
  
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
