Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Semi-Qualified Accountant/Executive located in Mumbai. The role entails managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring regulatory compliance, assisting with financial planning, and generating detailed reports. Responsibilities also include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, coordinating audits, and supporting tax preparation and filings. Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure seamless financial operations is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and handling bookkeeping tasks.
• Knowledge of compliance, tax regulations, and familiarity with audit processes.
• Experience in using cloud-based accounting platforms and data analytics tools for financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in financial planning and reporting.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software tools is beneficial.
• Prior experience in the finance domain, especially serving SMEs or diverse industries, is an added advantage.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; candidates pursuing Chartered Accountant (CA) or similar qualifications are preferred.
