UX Researcher

Job Summary - We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX Researcher to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering deep user insights, conducting research

studies, and translating findings into actionable recommendations that enhance the overall user

experience. You will collaborate closely with the designer, product manager, and the Engineering

Team to create intuitive, user-centered products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic studies.
• Analyze research data to identify trends, insights, and user pain points.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, and other UX research artifacts.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback into design and product development.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand industry trends.
• Synthesize and present research findings to stakeholders in an engaging and actionable format.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Maintain research documentation and contribute to a centralized research repository.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• This position is for the Nagpur office; candidates willing to relocate to Nagpur may only apply.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

Get Hired
• 1+ years of experience in UX research or a related role.
• Proficiency in user research methods and tools (e.g., UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Lookback, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate research findings into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in conducting research for AI and digital products, mobile applications, and web platforms.

Knowledge of A/B testing, heatmaps, and data analytics tools.

Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
