We are seeking a dynamic, well-groomed, and confident female Showroom Manager to lead our showroom operations, ensure customer delight, and drive sales performance with a professional and approachable demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and an inviting environment.
• Greet and assist customers with a pleasant, professional attitude, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising, product display, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns with poise and professionalism.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer data, and daily reports.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities to enhance showroom footfall.
• Train staff on product knowledge, grooming, and customer service etiquette.

Qualification & Experience:

• Proven track record in customer service and sales management.
