Hardline Engineer

Role Description :

We are seeking an experienced Hardline Engineer with strong Quality Assurance and Factory Audit experience to support manufacturing quality, process control, and compliance activities across factories.

Technical Skills Required

• Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Inspection for hardline products (Furniture, Electronics, Lighting, decors).
• Lead and support process, QMS, and manufacturing audits at factory locations.
• Minimum 20 audit experiences, with recent audit exposure or must have conducted at least 13 audits in recent years (Process Audit / QMS Audit / Manufacturing Audit).
• Experience in QMS, Process or factory assessment audits.
• Experience in hardline manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, die casting, assembly, metal or furniture production, etc.).
• Ability to support process improvement and quality control in factories.
• Hands-on experience in PFMEA and Control Plan development & review.
• Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to factories.
• Proficient in MS Office and audit reporting tools.
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Valid passport is mandatory and must be flexible to travel across Pan India and overseas locations.
