About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our institute as an Assistant Professor (Full-Time or Adjunct) in the Department of Finance & Accounting. The ideal candidate should bring strong academic and industry experience, with a passion for teaching and guiding students in various finance and accounting domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Financial Management, and related CA subjects.
• Design and develop course content, lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials aligned with academic standards.
• Mentor and guide students for academic progress, professional certifications, and career development.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.
• Participate in academic administration, departmental meetings, and institutional activities.
• Contribute to curriculum enrichment and implementation of innovative teaching methodologies.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry practices, professional updates, and relevant regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Minimum 35 years of post-qualification experience in industry, practice, or academics.
• Strong command over core CA subjects such as Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, Financial Reporting ,and Financial Management.
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred (but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and ability to engage and motivate students.
