Qualification: 10th or above

Experience: Freshers who are an excellent / good communicator in English can also apply

B.Tech / B.E candidates must have an experience in international voice process for one year or above.

Salary: 17K to 27K

Incentives: Upto twenty five thousand { "monthly - performance based" }

Shift: 24/7 { rotational shifts }

Week off: Two rotational

Cab: One end in odd hours { for both end cab candidate will pay Rs 2750 every month }

Location: Bangalore

Job responsibilities:

* Handling inbound calls.

* Solving queries of US or UK customers as per process hired for.

* Being polite & friendly with the customers.

* Problem solver.

* Handling team in the absence of team manager.

* Training the new joiners.

* Mentoring the average performers & bottom performers of the team.
