Vserve Ebusiness Solutions - Lead - Order Management Specialist

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Order Management Specialist with experience in Infor CloudSuite (Web UI - SX) ERP.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in order sourcing, order entry, and end-to-end order management processes, including Shopify order processing and warehouse order coordination.
- This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Entry:
- Perform order entry, sourcing, validation, and tracking to ensure timely and accurate fulfilment.
- Manually enter and process Shopify orders within the Web UI system.
Warehouse Coordination & Sourcing:
- Monitor and maintain orders as they are transferred between warehouses, ensuring accurate item availability.

- Source products from appropriate warehouse locations to meet order fulfilment requirements.
Issue Resolution & Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams, including supply chain, procurement, and customer service, to resolve order-related issues.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and order escalations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Data Management & Process Improvement:
- Maintain accurate order records, update system entries, and ensure data integrity.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and minimize errors in the order management workflow.
Required Qualifications
Experience & Technical Skills:
- Proven experience in Order Management and Order Processing within a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite (Web UI - SX live) ERP.
- Experience in Shopify order processing and order entry.
- Knowledge of order sourcing, entry processes, and fulfilment workflows.
Supply Chain Knowledge:
- Familiarity with inventory management, supply chain coordination, and warehouse logistics.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
