Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and improve search engine rankings.
- Implement on-page and off-page optimization techniques to maximize the impact of SEO initiatives.
- Take ownership of organic performance targets for our global websites and ensure the successful delivery against them.
- Develop SEO best practices for our sites and lead discussions with internal stakeholders. Ensure progress and performance are reported regularly to key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting and explaining SEO strategies, progress reports, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and align SEO strategies with their objectives.
- Set in place best SEO working practices that team members can use and learn from to develop their own careers.
- Be an expert in competitor analysis, staying ahead of industry trends and identifying opportunities to outperform competitors.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Google algorithms and stay updated on algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly
- Identify and implement strategies to increase website traffic through organic search listings, ensuring compliance with best practices to avoid blacklisting.
- Research and address URL architecture, page errors, content issues, and other factors impacting technical performance.
- Work extensively with SEO tools, including but not limited to Google Webmaster Tools, Bing Webmaster Tools, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog, etc.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in regenerative AI to optimize our SEO strategies accordingly.
- Share knowledge with the team and lead from the front.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience (with at-least 2 years in a senior position) in SEO with a proven track record of successful strategy development and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and interpret data for decision-making.
- In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools, practices, and Google algorithms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ownership mentality with the ability to take charge of organic performance targets.
- Demonstrated ability to lead discussions, set best practices, and report progress regularly.
- Expertise in competitor analysis and staying updated with industry trends.
