: Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Executive with at least 2 years of experience working in a digital ad agency and a proven track record in performance marketing for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Google Ads campaign management, optimization, and client communication, with a strong analytical approach to achieving RoAS-driven goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Google Ads Campaign Management:
    • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads platforms, including Search, Performance Max (PMax), Shopping, Display, and YouTube.
    • Implement strategies to maximize Return on Ad Spend (RoAS) for D2C clients.
    • Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, audiences, and landing pages to improve performance.
    • Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and KPIs to ensure alignment with client goals.

  • Campaign Optimization:
    • Perform ongoing keyword research and bid management to enhance campaign efficiency.
    • Optimize ad creatives, extensions, and landing pages to improve Quality Scores and conversion rates.
    • Identify and resolve issues affecting campaign performance through data analysis and troubleshooting.

  • Client Coordination and Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day communication and updates.
    • Provide performance reports with insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations on a regular basis.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align on strategy, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Performance Analysis:
    • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

      Prepare detailed RoAS and performance metrics reports for stakeholders.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEM and digital marketing.

  • Certifications and Compliance:
    • Leverage Google Ads Certification knowledge to drive best practices in campaign setup and optimization.
    • Adhere to Google Ads policies and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in SEM within a digital ad agency, focusing on performance marketing for D2C brands.
  • Proficiency in the Google Ads dashboard, including Search, Performance Max, Shopping, and other campaign types.
  • Completed Google Ads Certification (must be up-to-date).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in managing RoAS-driven mandates.
  • Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering measurable results.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience working with multiple D2C clients in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and scripts to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Knowledge of additional platforms like Bing Ads and Facebook Ads is an advantage.
