Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive (Organic) to build our brands organic presence through engaging content, community growth, and trend-led strategies that drive authentic engagement and awareness. The role involves designing, developing, and publishing posts, videos, and stories, collaborating with content and design teams, and managing influencer outreach to strengthen our online community and brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and publish engaging organic content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Design and develop visually appealing creatives, videos, and reels aligned with brand tone and objectives
- Manage daily posting, community engagement, and timely responses to comments and DMs
- Identify and implement trending ideas, hashtags, and formats to increase organic reach and visibility
- Collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams to execute consistent social media campaigns
- Coordinate with influencers and creators for organic collaborations and brand mentions
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze engagement data, and share actionable insights
- Stay updated on the latest platform trends, features, and algorithm changes to optimize growth strategies
- Support brand storytelling by maintaining a cohesive voice and style across platforms
Preferred candidate profile -
Qualifications:
- Any graduate with a strong interest in social media and digital marketing
- 1-5 years of hands-on experience managing organic social mediafor a brand or agency

- Deep understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement
- Excellent written, visual, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple platforms, deadlines, and creative workflows efficiently
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Later, or similar scheduling platforms
- Basic experience in video editing, reels, and short-form content creation
- Knowledge of influencer coordination and organic collaboration strategies
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing basics
- Creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented approach to content and community management
