Job Title: Assistant Professor / Associate Professor – Management (Finance)
Department: Institute of Management& Research
Qualifications
- MBA in Finance with NET/SET qualification.
- OR Ph.D. in Management/Finance as per UGC Regulations.
- Candidates meeting UGC eligibility criteria for Assistant Professor/Associate Professor will be preferred.
Experience
Assistant Professor
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience in Finance will also be preferred.
Associate Professor
- As per UGC norms, with relevant teaching, research, publications, and academic experience.
- Strong record of research publications, academic contributions, and institutional responsibilities is desirable.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, Financial Markets, Banking, Taxation, and related Finance subjects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
