InTech - HR Business Partner

Description:

• Serve as the primary HR contact for assigned international entities (e.g. Romania, Germany, Czech Republic)
• Advise and support managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in each country of responsibility
• Collaborate with global HR teams to drive organizational initiatives and harmonize HR standards
• Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement activities
• Implement, update and communicate HR processes and regulations
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for management as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 4+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role, preferably in an international environment
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in an international context; experience with European labor laws (e.g. Romania, Czech Republic or Germany) is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional language skills (e.g., Romanian, Czech, German) are an advantage
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with cross-cultural teams
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
