• Excellent communication skill English
• 5+ Years of
  
  relevant experience in Application projects (Implementation, development, and support), good experience as Project Manager / Service delivery manager.
• Good experience in Project, Vendor, and people management.
• Timesheet management for internal / External Project Resources, Billing
• Strong understanding of development methodologies, project activities etc.
• Understanding of Cloud solutions

• Responsible for Application Support Service Delivery to our customers thus ensuring high availability of application services to the customers as per SLAs.
• Management and Reporitng of SLA and OLA
• Depending on the size of the account, identifies opportunities for new business and account growth.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
• Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones, Identify, and mitigate risks to project delivery.
• ITIL and PMP / Similar certification
