Location: Patliputra Colony, Patna, Bihar

Work Mode: Work from Office

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday

INA Solution Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as HR Recruiters (Night Shift). This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. Candidates will receive guidance and support to develop their recruitment skills and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates qualifications, communication skills, and interest in opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate information and update recruitment records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Work closely with team members to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Freshers are welcome; candidates with 0–6 months of experience in recruitment or customer service may also apply.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in a night shift from the office.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
