Customer Success Manager

Our platform manages 500K+ email accounts, and our customers rely on us for deliverability, reliability, and scale. ROLE OVERVIEW
Were looking for a sharp, customer-obsessed Customer Success Manager to join our on-site team in Gurgaon. You will own the post-sale relationship with InboxKit customers — staying close to their usage, understanding their pain, and making sure they get real value out of the platform. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with direct visibility into product, sales, and leadership.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to understand how theyre using InboxKit and where we can do better
- Listen carefully to customer issues, dig into root causes, and coordinate internally to get them resolved
- Act as the first point of contact for support escalations and see them through to resolution
- Track account health signals and flag at-risk customers before problems become churn
- Capture customer feedback and relay it to the product team to shape what we build next
- Help onboard new customers and make sure they get to value quickly
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer success, account management, or support role at a B2B SaaS company
- Familiarity with the cold email or GTM outbound space — you understand what our customers are trying to do
- Strong communicator with the ability to handle tough conversations with empathy and clarity
- Detail-oriented and proactive — you dont wait for problems to come to you
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment where things move quickly
- Sharp verbal and written communication skills

- Prior experience at a cold email agency or with high-volume email senders
- Hands-on experience with tools like InboxKit, SendKit, Smartlead, Instantly, or similar platforms
- Background in email deliverability, DNS, or inbox infrastructure

Schedule 6 days/week · 9-hour shift
