Location: Gurugram (In-office)
Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST
Experience: 1 4 years
Compensation: 50,000 75,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate rental applications and verify supporting data.
- Maintain process accuracy and compliance with SOPs.
- Record findings, communicate updates, and coordinate case closures.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
- Meet daily quality and turnaround targets.

- 4 + years in BPO / KPO operations (preferably BFSI / Mortgage / Risk).
- Excellent written English and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with workflow tools or CRMs.
- Comfortable with night shift and structured, target-based work.
Good to Have
- Prior exposure to underwriting, verification, or document review.
- Experience working with US-based clients.
