AVP - Structured Finance Credit

Responsibilities

• Perform credit analysis for SME-financing deals & draft credit proposals under TAT
• Conduct client/site visits as part of the credit due diligence process
• Present credit proposals to senior management / credit committee for approval
• Prepare and negotiate (if required) the loan documentation and hand-hold the client through execution process
• Undertake loan disbursement in collaboration with the Operations team after getting the various observations resolved
  
• Monitoring portfolio and updating credit files
• Maintain client & channel partner relationship

Candidate Profile

• Qualified CA / MBA (Finance)
• Overall 5-6 years work experience with atleast 3 years in relevant role

• Candidates preferred from bank / NBFC in a similar role handling Corporate / MSME relationship management and / or Credit Risk
• Good command on interpretation of financial statements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact independently with senior management of companies
