Job Description
- Development of high-quality IEC and BCC materials for various target audience on health program domains for various target audiences/channels
- Execute SBC campaigns across various digital touchpoints, including WhatsApp-based platforms, IVR systems, and social media platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for the end-user.
- Use digital analytics and feedback loops to monitor campaign performance, utilizing user engagement data to refine messaging and delivery schedules.
- Support the development of Digital Direct-to-Client (D2C) messaging flows that empower frontline workers and beneficiaries with real-time health information.
- Ensure messaging aligns with GoI guidelines, NHM communication strategies, and state IEC frameworks.
- Development of digital SBCC plan with focus on branding and innovative and creative approach for maternal and reproductive health and FP.
- Analyze the digital SBC activities and prepare analytical reports for further use of data for mid-course corrections.
- Review, analyze, and design digital SBCC activities
- Execute demo and experimental digital SBC campaigns on maternal and reproductive health and support in further implementation of digital SBC activities.
- Design digital IEC/BCC plan on health program domains
- Digital SBC activities analysis and effective reports preparation
- High-quality documentation- technical and communication writing
- Support other team members as and when required
- Support in developing content for quarterly newsletter-PAHAL
- Submission of high-quality digital SBC Flow, content for D2C platform
- Submission of execution report of quality digital SBC campaigns for D2C platform
- Submission of digital IEC/SBCC contents developed (posts, videos, scripts, creatives) as per approved plans and timelines
- Submission of high-quality creative SBC materials on maternal and reproductive health
- Submission of quality Impact assessment /evaluation plan and analytical reports
- 3-5 years experience in designing and implementing of digital SBC Communication campaigning/activities in the development sector
- Experience in running Digital media activities
- Experience in qualitative data analysis, report writing, and documentation
- Excellent writing and editing skills (Hindi and English preferred)
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital engagement
- Understanding of data and analytics for campaign optimization
- Ability to work in multi-stakeholder, fast-paced environments
- Experience of working in maternal and reproductive health domain will be preferred
