Job Title: Telesales Supervisor & CRM Auditor

Location: Noida

Reporting to: Centre Head / National Sales Manager

Organization: India IVF Fertility

About the Role:

India IVF is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Telesales Supervisor & CRM Auditor to oversee the performance and quality of telesales interactions and ensure compliance with company protocols. The role involves monitoring CRM call records, ensuring SOP adherence, improving sales pitch effectiveness, and supporting the telesales team with regular feedback and training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit CRM Calls daily to monitor quality, accuracy, and compliance
  • Evaluate Sales Pitch & Closures to ensure alignment with India IVFs communication standards
  • Track completion of daily calling and lead conversion targets by telesales team
  • Ensure scripts and SOPs are being followed for all patient interactions
  • Maintain and update daily performance audit reports
  • Identify underperforming callers and provide coaching/training sessions
  • Work closely with the Centre Head and Sales Manager to optimize CRM usage and telesales effectiveness
  • Provide recommendations for script improvement, training needs, and process enhancement
  • Flag any discrepancies or malpractice in call handling or lead updating
  • Drive a culture of discipline, ownership, and performance within the telesales team

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream; MBA or Diploma in Sales/Marketing preferred
  • Minimum 24 years of experience in telesales, quality assurance, or CRM auditing

    Strong understanding of CRM systems and call audit procedures
  • Excellent communication, observation, and training skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Experience in healthcare or fertility sector (preferred but not mandatory)
