India Nippon Electricals is seeking a dedicated and skilled Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing electrical components (Sensors and SMD) and systems. The Engineer will collaborate with various departments to ensure that products meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

1) Understanding of 3D model & Outline drawing based on customer requirement.
2) Process drawing preparation compliance to Process for Manufacturing & Assembly.
3) Part commonisation & Poke-yoke requirement during process development.
4) Part list & Process Flow chart preparation.
5) PFMEA Preparation
6) PPAP Documentation
7) DFM analysis & Asembly machine,facility & tools selection
8) New product Establishment
9) New Process Establishment
10) Process Validation
11) Cycle time study & Capacity analysis
12) Project report preparation
